Besides experiencing art come to life and unleashing your creative genius, we have some pretty standard rules for booking a MPK Workshop:

1. Choose a date, time and location.

 

2. Specify your group size and ages – . We offer affordable workshops for children of all ages, with special pricing for teachers, and non- profits.

 

*All experiences include ALL materials-  aprons, paint, table clothes for tables and drop cloths.

 

*Kids canvas sneakers

 

*KIDS- 0-14   

with shoe purchase $30 per child  

w/out shoe purchase $15 per child 

 

*Teachers, non- profit organizations, summer camps or daycares qualify for the special rate. Information will be required for proof.

 

3. Once a date, time, location and group is chosen,

send over date, time and location to check availability and to determine travel fees (if applicable). Travel fees range and will apply depending on location. After an exact location is given, we can determine if a travel fee applies. When providing a location you must specify if it is a home, restaurant or other public location. 
 

4. Pay your booking fee. To book a Workshop, a non- refundable booking fee of $100.00 is due to lock in your date and time. Booking fees lock in the date and time, and covers the cost of 1 child. The booking fee will be deducted from the remaining balance of your reservation. All booking fees are paid through an invoice via pay pal or our website.

 

Policies and Things to Know

 

1.      With all workshop experiences ALL materials needed to complete your sneakers are included. We provide canvas sneakers, paint, dye, paint brushes, table cloths and embelishment. And step by step instruction.

 

2.      We have a minimum requirement of 8 guests for each workshop.

 

3.      All  art experiences include:

 

-ALL supplies and materials: canvas sneakers, paint, paint brushes,  

      table cloths for tables - Step by step instruction

 -  (2) Hours of paint and instruction time

 -  1-10 minute break

 -  30 minutes of setup/cleanup time (before and after)

**Cleanup is designated to gathering party supplies & materials only**

 

4.      All sessions must be booked at least two weeks in advance. Parties booked with less than two weeks’ notice may incur an additional $50 rush fee. We will let you know in advance if you will incur this fee.

 

6.  We can not provide refunds for “no show” guests or smaller headcounts. When you book a My Pink Kisses Workshop, we prepare and make special accommodations for the headcount you provided us with at booking. If your guests do not attend the session for whatever reason, their space is non-refundable.

 

7.  Your session is not considered “booked” until you have paid your booking fee.  If you do not pay your booking fee at the time of booking, you may jeopardize your requested date and time.

 

8.  The My Pink Kisses is not liable for paint stains on clothing, carpet or other items found in home or public places from spills or unforeseen accidents by guests.

 

What are the cancellation policies?

 

All art experiences, regardless of the theme or age group, go by the same terms and conditions as follows:

1.      A non- refundable 50% deposit is required to book your session. You may also pay for your party in full in advance.

 

2.      Any remaining balances must be paid 7 days prior to your session date.

 

3.      Any cancellations must be made within 2 weeks to your session date.

 

4.      Any cancellations made after 3 weeks prior to your session date will be subject to 25% of your balance.

 

5.      Any cancellations made less than two weeks prior to your session will not be refunded.
